Car Rental Company Serving Orange County, CA

This is the second time I’ve rented a car from these awesome guys and I am once again completely content with the services provided. They were able to accommodate my needs on a very short time line while still offering a more than reasonable rate. Much cheaper than any other rental company. I will definitely be using them again the next time I need a rental!

I needed to rent a car after someone hit and damaged my own car. I had made a reservation at another car rental place, but they wouldn’t accept my form of payment. After they made some phone calls they referred me down the street to United Auto Rental and Javier came to the rescue. I was able to get in and out of there in a relatively short amount of time and Javier was so kind and understanding. He was the only one working that day and even nearing the end of his shift he still had a smile!

Absolutely love this company, I flew into Ontario, Ca, when I arrived I realised I didn’t have my wallet. It was left in the Kansas City airport and is being shipped. All the other rental companies were telling me my husband couldnt rent the car and use my credit card. I called united and they were so understanding and helpful. They didn’t leave me stranded like hertz and enterprise.

These guys are amazing. I was in a super tight spot and they totally saved my day. They came and picked me up from the airport I was stuck at (opened my door and loaded my bags too), got me an amazing car and were so straightforward about costs and all of that. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with other car rental places and I can’t believe how easy it was this time.

Great service, that one guy and that short lady with the I think nose ring are awesome. As u can tell i don’t remember their names!!! They are amazing at what they do. Never heard of them but my mom and i will be coming bk. Deposit is high due to ppl damaging their property and a host of other issues and it explains the high deposit. They are very helpful and attentive and will hold convos with you so you don’t feel awkward or just a customer. Great place and so friendly.

Very good customer service. I got the basic car and it was basic, but it did the job and the price was great. Unlimited miles are only if you flew in. Truckers and locals get limited miles, but they worked with me to extend them to what I needed. I also added a day with no hassles. Very friendly staff. I’ll rent from them again.

Rented Red Elantra for ~$40, super friendly guy. The service is as good as it gets: I had a flight the next day, he flexed it to the hour before and had someone drive me to John Wayne. He could’ve charged me for two days or made me return it in the 24 hour period but he didn’t do that and threw in the ride to the airport for free.

Off-airport is better!
By far the best price on a basic auto.

I really appreciate your service and hospitality you guys were super nice , fyi for people if you decide to rent at the airport you will need a credit card or have a good credit otherwise if all you have is a debit these guys are your guys ! There is a $300 deposit but hey ! It’s so worth it I’m glad I rented with them and their rates are super reasonable so all we paid for 3 days was $120!

As soon as I arrived everybody was very friendly and they all had excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning instead of using other car rental companies the reason why is because this car rental company is open on Weekends and the process to rent a car is quick and efficient. Perfect ! !
