What type of ID card/credentials do I need in order to rent a car?
A valid driver’s license and a major credit card or debit card is required to rent a car. We could also accept a cash deposit in lieu of a credit card on certain vehicles but additional documentation will be required. Please see our policy page for additional information
What are your age requirements for renting a vehicle?
Minimum age to rent a car is 21 on most vehicles except for 15 passenger vans and specialty luxuries which is 25
Do you accept international drivers licenses?
We do accept international driver’s licenses.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. If you do not have a credit or debit card you could use a cash deposit to rent. Additional restrictions will apply. Please see our policies page for Cash deposit requirements
Can I rent a car with cash or a Debit card?
Yes, you can rent a car using the cash deposit or debit card.

Do you require a deposit on rental vehicles?
Yes, a security deposit of $250-$500 (depending on the type of vehicle rented) will be required at the time of rental
Do you offer unlimited Mileage?
We do offer unlimited mileage to travelers deplaned at the local airport with the current boarding pass on most vehicles except for
- Specialty Luxury (Mercedes Benz & BMWs) 150 free miles per day
- Vans & Cargo Vans 250 free miles per day/ 1500 free miles per week
- Fullsize SUVs 150 free miles per day
All local renters and non-local renters without a current boarding pass will receive:
-150 free miles per day or 1050 free miles per week on all cars and SUVs
-250 free miles day or 1500 per week on all Van rentals.
Additional miles @ $.28 ($.38 per mile for Specialty Luxury, Fullsize Vans, Premium SUVs.
Do you provide auto rentals at John Wayne Airport in Orange County?
Yes, we provide car rentals to travelers at the John Wayne Airport/Orange County airport (SNA).
Do you provide auto rentals at the Ontario California Airport?
Yes we provide car rentals to travelers at the Ontario International airport (ONT).
Can I add additional drivers?
Yes, you could have 2 additional drivers (total of 3 drivers) per vehicle at no additional charge
How much is rental insurance? What does it cover?
Collision damage waiver (CDW) is offered at $10.99 to $15.99 per day depending on the rented vehicle. CDW limits renter’s responsibility for damage to the rented vehicle as a result of a collision. Also, If renter purchases liability protection from United Auto Rental the renter will be provided with liability protection up to minimum coverage required by state law should bodily injury claims and property damage claims be made against renter or authorized drivers by people injured in an accident. The cost of RLI renters liability insurance is $12.99 per day
How can I change or cancel my reservation?

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

What types of vehicles do you have available for rent?
We carry a wide selection of sedans, minivans, full-size vans, convertibles, luxury rentals and SUV’s
Are you located near the airport?
Yes, we are conveniently located near the Orange County and Ontario International airport terminals. Our shuttle time is approximately 10 minutes
Can I pick up my rental at one location and drop off at another?
Yes. You could drop off a rental car at any of our locations.
What if my flight gets delayed? How does it affect my rental?
We could arrange for an after hour pick up if your flight is delayed or arrives after closing time. Please call the rental location in advance for more info
Can you deliver the vehicle to me?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver vehicles but we could pick you up if within our shuttle area (typically a 5-mile radius from our office)
Does my own auto insurance protect me in an accident? The vehicle(s)?
Since many insurance policies are different it is difficult to say whether you will be covered or not. We recommend that you contact your insurance agent to find out whether you are covered when renting a vehicle and if so to what extent.
Do you have any additional equipment rentals? GPS? Child seats?
Yes, we do rent navigation units as well as child seats
Are there any special terms and conditions related to my rental?

What do I do if I get into an accident?
Please call the rental location immediately if involved in an accident. Also, be sure to obtain (take pictures of) driver’s license, insurance policy, a good phone number and a current mailing address from all parties involved. Also, it is a good idea to take pictures of the scene of the accident and all vehicles involved.
